Inspiration and Motivation
Todd Lubar decided to start TDL Global Ventures as a fulfillment of his greatest passion of helping individuals in need and helping them to achieve their lofty dreams. Starting his company was no walk in the park, but Todd insists that to be successful, you need to pick yourself up each time you are knocked down, especially when starting a new venture. His advice for people who regularly fail in the initial part of their careers is never to lose motivation, but instead take a different approach, step to the plate and keep swinging. It took him a few years to experience the success he is enjoying now because he did his best to maintain his momentum.
Todd Lubar began his education at Washington DC’s Sidwell Friends School between 1977 and 1987. Later, he attended high school at the Peddie School located in Hightstown NJ. Todd Lubar’s Career Path
Todd’s road to success started shortly after his graduation when he got his first job with the Crestar Mortgage Corporation, where he was a top performer from 1995 to 1999. His skill and expertise did not go unnoticed, allowing him to land a position at Legacy Financial Group in Arlington, Texas. Todd also helped the company to grow its Maryland office’s loan volumes to several hundred million annually. In 2005, he accepted the position of Senior VP at Charter Funding, which is a division of Magnus Financial Corp.
